How long does processing take?
Processing of orders may take anywhere from 2-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
NO ORDERS MAY BE CANCELLED AT THIS TIME AFTER BEING SUBMITTED.
Can I change my order?
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, email address and double check your shirt options and size. Once you receive a shipping confirmation we cannot make any changes to your order.
Can I return an Apron/shirt for a refund?
Refunds for defective, damaged or wrong item(s) sent products only. Store Credit or Refund Available.
I sent an email and have not received a response yet. When can I expect a response?
Our business days are Monday-Friday.

I placed an order but I never received an email confirmation.
Please allow your order to process. If you have not received an email confirmation please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your spam folder. Please email us for any additional issues.
Can I place an order for a friend and have it shipped to them?
Unfortunately no, the billing and shipping address must always match.
I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?
We cannot change the size once an order has been processed. Size changes only available on date order is placed. Please make sure to double check size and color options before purchasing.

How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
My package shows it was delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
Please reach out to USPS to track your package.
Kris’s Cooking Accessories does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
We will assist as much as we can in locating your package but we do not assume responsibility for lost packages. Please make sure to enter correct address information when placing your order.
My package shows it was delivered but I have not received it. Can I get a refund?
Please reach out to USPS regarding your lost or stolen package. You may file a claim with USPS.
*REFUND/RETURN POLICY*
Refunds for damaged or defective products only. Store credit available as well. Kris’s Cooking Accessories will cover return shipping expenses for damaged products & wrong product sent.
I was issued a credit but do not see it in my online account.

I’m missing an item(s) from my order. What should I do?
Email Kris’s Cooking Accessories and let us know what you’re missing. We will take care of it.
I received the wrong order. What should I do?
Please email kriscookingandaccessories@yahoo.com with your order number and a picture of the items you’ve received.
If I received the wrong item and need to return it am I still responsible for return shipping costs?
No, If an error was made on our behalf we will cover the return shipping costs.
