Refunds for damaged or defective products only.
Refunds are also allowed if you receive the wrong product and/or different product other than what was ordered due to negligence of Kris’s Cooking Accessories.
Store Credit available as well. No Refunds for buyers remorse, incorrectly entered addresses, or wrong size/colors ordered. Returns for damaged/wrong items are covered at Kris’s Cooking Accessories expense.
To receive a store credit or refund you can contact us at keepingyoucookinginstyle@yahoo.com. Once your credit is processed we’ll send you a email notification with instructions on how to use your store credit and/or when your refund has been processed.
Refunds are processed in 3-7 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 14 days from the date received to request a refund.
Exchanges only provided if you receive the wrong item different than what you ordered. Unfortunately No exchanges for wrong items ordered in size, color, etc.
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective products. As well as different products received than what were ordered.
